Oral presentation guidelines

Your presentation time slot is 20 min including a 4-minute discussion. The presentation number consists of a first character corresponding to the presentation session and a subsequent digit indicating the order of the presentation in the session. The conference hall is equipped with a projector that is connected with a notebook computer (OS:Windows 7, Microsoft Office:2013, 2010, 2007) through an analog RGB cable (mini D-sub 15 pin). Since the conference schedule is very tight, we ask you to copy the PowerPoint file or PDF file for the presentation to the computer using a CD or a USB memory. Please confirm that the file is displayed properly by the PowerPoint or PDF.
The computer is available in a break time before the session.
The copied data file in the computer will be erased after the symposium is finished.
When you use your personal computer for presentation, please check the compatibility of the computer with the projector during a break time. Please bring all required connection cables (with a d-sub 15-pin adapter) for your laptop, and a power adapter, if necessary. If you wish to use your own Mac computer, you will need the appropriate VGA video adapter.

Poster presentation guidelines

Please prepare your poster within an A0-format size (841 x 1189 mm). The board size is 1170-mm width & 1710-mm height. Posters can be taped or pinned on the boards. Tapes and pins are supplied by the organizers. The posters should be displayed at least 30 min before the start time of the poster session. Please check your presentation number indicated on the board. At least, one of authors must stay in front of the poster and present the paper during the core time indicated by the poster program. The chair will confirm if a presentation made by a presenter or not during the core time. After poster presentation, please remove your poster as soon as possible.
