• It is allowed for the participants who have registered as ONSITE participation since we limit the number of participants for the session room to avoid 3C‘s.
• If you feel unwell, please refrain from attending onsite. You can switch to online participation without prior notice.
• Inside the symposium venue masks should be worn at all times.
• To prevent acoustic feedback, participants are allowed only when using earphones and no microphone to watch sessions online on their laptops during the session.

Registration Desk

On the 1st day (Nov. 24, Thu), the registration desk will open at 8:00 AM
and the Opening Ceremony will start at 8:50 AM.
